Founder & Principal Architect
With Kaushik's post-graduate education in design and emergence from Newcastle University, UK, and a decade of experience under his belt, he brings a unique blend of design, management, and leadership skills to the table. With a portfolio that spans mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and cultural projects, he has a proven track record of executing over 1 million sq.ft. of work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.




Manish Walchand Sheth
Founder & Principal Architect
Manish's background in architecture, interior design, and furniture design, paired with his 9 years of experience, makes him a force to be reckoned with. He has been responsible for the successful execution of over 200,000 sq.ft. of projects ranging from residential to commercial and retail interiors for both local and international clients.
